Concrete driveways, patios, pool decks, stamped work and flatwork. Bonded and insured. Written quote in one business day.
From subgrade prep to finish and cure. No sub-out, no rotation of crews, no phone estimates.

New residential driveways from tear-out and subgrade prep to broom, smooth, or exposed-aggregate finish. Rebar mat, joint spacing under 12 ft, cured to grade.

Stone, brick, or wood-plank patterns. Integrally colored, sealed.

Cool-deck brushed, salt-finished, or stamped decks for pool-chemistry and freeze-thaw exposure.

Old slab out, base rebuilt, new pour to modern joint spacing so it holds for the next thirty years — not the next three.
Everyday pours that decide whether the rest of the project ends up level.
When the old pour has to come out first: full demo, hauling, subgrade rebuild, fresh pour.
For homeowners, home builders, and property managers. Same crew on every job.
Driveways, patios, pool decks, and flatwork across Charlotte, Lake Norman, Weddington, Matthews, and Huntersville.
The number we quote is the number that shows up on the invoice. If we hit something in the ground we didn’t see, we tell you before we bill it.
01
We come out, walk the project with you, and measure the actual area — not a phone estimate off a satellite image.
02
You get a written number the next business day. Line items, not a lump sum. No “starts at” language.
03
The quote is the invoice. Surprises get flagged before they cost money — not billed at “time and materials.”
04
Same crew from demo to finish. Liability and workers’ comp active on the day of the pour.
We work every week between Uptown Charlotte and the north end of Lake Norman.
Uptown, Myers Park, Ballantyne, Steele Creek, the University area.
Waterfront off Brawley School, Curtis Pond, The Point. Docks, boat pads, lakeside patios.
Birkdale Village and the whole north corridor. New builds and driveway replacements.
Sardis Road, Fullwood Lane, out toward Stallings.
Larger residential lots, longer driveway pours, and the estate work that comes with them.
The Lake Norman corridor beyond Huntersville.
For a typical residential driveway around Charlotte, plan on roughly $8–14 per square foot for a standard 4-inch broom-finish pour, and $14–22 per square foot for stamped or decorative finishes. The number moves with subgrade condition, tear-out, and site access. We quote written after an on-site visit — no phone estimates.
An average residential driveway is 3–5 working days on site: 1 day tear-out and grading, 1 day forms and rebar, 1 day pour and finish, then a 24-hour foot cure and a 7-day drive cure before vehicle traffic.

Yes. Full general liability and workers’ comp coverage. Certificates are available on request before we set foot on your property.
Replacement is a full tear-out and new pour — the right call when the slab is cracked through, sunken, or the base has failed. Resurfacing puts a bonded overlay on top of a structurally sound slab. If the underlying concrete is failing, an overlay just delays the fix.
Call to check current availability. Smaller flatwork often opens up sooner than driveways. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you call and we’ll be straight about whether it’s doable.
Call or send a note. We’ll come out, walk the project with you, and hand you a written number.
